Delete your Motonect account
You can delete your Motonect account and data at any time, from the app or from this page.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to the Motonect app or motonect.com.
- Open Account → Settings.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted within 30 days: your profile and sign-in, saved searches and alerts, your private car listings and the inquiries they received. Open offers are withdrawn.
- Kept where the law requires: payment, deposit and invoice records for up to 7 years (tax and accounting).
- Messages you exchanged with a business may stay in that business's records.
- Business owners: transfer or remove your business first (contact us), because its records belong to the business.
